Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something’s not right, here’s how returns work:

  • You pay return shipping unless we made a mistake with your order.
  • Returns must be unaltered. We don’t accept returns on clock hands, movements, covers, or other parts that have been installed, bent, trimmed, painted, or changed in any way.
  • Tracking is required. You must use a tracked shipping method for all returns.
  • Include your info. Make sure the name or business that placed the order is included in the package, or we won’t know who to refund.
  • Refunds cover product cost only. We don’t refund original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
  • No refunds for customizations or rush order fees.

If everything checks out, we’ll refund the cost of goods once your return is received and inspected.
